Navi Health Insurance Claim Process
Navi Health Insurance company offers an easy and convenient claims settlement process. The policyholder can either choose cashless claims or can opt for reimbursement claims:
Cashless Claim Process
- Step 1
Notify the company about your claim request by calling its toll-free number or writing an email.
- Step 2
For planned hospitalization, notify the company at least 48 hours prior to admission.
- Step 3
In case of emergency hospitalization, the claim notification should be sent to the company within 24 hours of admission to the hospital or before discharge whichever is earlier.
- Step 4
Provide the health card along with photo identification proof of the policyholder to the hospital authorities.
- Step 5
Duly fill out the cashless request form and submit it to the hospital.
- Step 6
Pre-authorization request form will be sent by the hospital to the cashless department of TPA.
- Step 7
At the time of discharge, the hospital will forward a final authorization request.
- Step 8
Discharge will be done post receipt of the final authorization letter by the hospital.
- Step 9
Once done, the payment will be made to the network hospital
Reimbursement Claim Process
If you are admitted to a non-network hospital, you have to pay the hospital directly after the treatment is done.
- Step 1
Customers are required to settle all the hospital bills.
- Step 2
At the time of discharge, he/she must collect all the important documents provided by the hospital including the discharge summary and bills.
- Step 3
Submit all these documents to the company or Third-Party Administration within 15 days from the date of discharge
- Step 4
The company will verify all the documents. On approval, the claim amount will be released.
